- [Instructor] For each of the processes ITIL specifies, some key application questions include is there any identifiable owner for the process? Is the process owner ensuring that the process is achieving its prescribed outcome, that sufficient resources are supplied to support the process, and that there is continual improvement? Is there a process manager or managers responsible for facilitating the process, monitoring and reporting on its progress? Do process managers ensure required activities are carried out efficiently and that people have the resources they need to do so? Are they monitoring and reporting on process performance and identifying improvements continually?
