- Let's discuss a few details about the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam. If you're like most of my students, you probably are taking this course because you have actually want to become ITIL 4 Foundation certified. Maybe you're working on the certification to advance in your current career, or maybe it's because you're trying to get your first job in IT field. Either way, this course was designed to give you a great introduction to the certification and determine if you want to join a full ITIL 4 Foundation course so that you can pass the certification exam. In this section of the course, I'm going to give you some information about the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam, such as how many questions it is, how long it is, how those questions are designed, and how you can sign up to take the exam when you feel ready for it.
