First of course, you should have your Itil Foundation course ware for reference. That's essential. In addition, the Itil glossary shown here available from axelos.com and the Itil foundation syllabus also available from axelos.com are great references. You should have those on hand. They may be included in your Itil foundation course. In addition, the Itil pocket guide also known as An Introductory Overview of Itil 2011 edition that's available from the itSME UK, also the Tsoshop site. So those are some great resources to begin with. On enacting and enabling outcomes, this HBR article is a great resource. I recommend having a look at that as well.
