- [Instructor] The first tier of your program would be a strategic one. We will call it the privacy working group, on the PWG. This group will help ensure alignment so as to mitigate the potential suboptimal outcomes of democratization and decentralization. We will soon see what the PWG's core responsibilities are, and you will see why the PWG will require very senior leaders from across the company at the table. The PWG will have four key responsibilities, the first of which is on this slide. Embed privacy into the company culture. With its seniority, the PWG will set the company's privacy North Star so that high profile decisions can remain anchored in principles the company deems as critical to its identity and its integrity.
