- [Instructor] So, let's drill down a bit on cost, and in this case, we're gonna understand the cost of operation, or the cost of ops. So, what's important here is leveraging cost monitoring and management, is absolutely critical to us understanding what the heck is going on in terms of our cost utilization, of the resources we're leveraging for cloud computing. How much we're spending, how much value we're getting back, how much operational savings versus the existing state or the as-is state that we had prior to the utilization of cloud. All that stuff needs to be known. You need to use this to predict as well as understand current costs, so what we're spending now and what we're likely to spend in the future and what we need to spend, and ways in which we can be more operationally efficient.
