- [Narrator] Perhaps you dream of starting your own fantasy football league, or maybe your friends just designated you as the person to run their league. Don't worry, you got this. You can totally handle being the boss, but here's some quick tips to get you in the right frame of mind to be your league's commissioner. Being the boss of the league means that you are the CEO, the CFO, the COO, the head of communications, and the head of marketing. You make all the rules and enforce them. You manage the money, the draft, the schedule, and player transactions are your responsibility. Plus, remember that smart owners are the best owners. So you're responsible for keeping people informed, and since excitement might fade as some teams begin to lose, you also need to be the cheerleader that looks to drive everyone to win every week.
