In this phase we focus on information collection, your personal process which enables you to strategically leverage different types of information to gain interviewing success. Let's look at the critical pieces of information you should know in advance to be prepared for the interview: the company, the people, and the role. Multiple sources are available for you to become knowledgeable about an organization. Some sources to begin with are: the company website, Google news, Indeed.com, and industry forums. When preparing for an interview, you want to find out from your recruiter the names of the those you'll be interviewing with.
