- [Instructor] The once beloved save all command went missing from Word's ribbon interface several versions ago. When chosen the save all command saves all open Word documents. It's like a super save command. And you can quickly restore the save all command by adding its icon here to the quick access toolbar. Choose the quick access toolbar menu, more commands. The save all command is found in the all commands list, so choose all commands from this menu. And then scroll way down to the S's. (mouse clicking) And there it is. Choose save all, add. And then you can adjust it's position if you want to. I prefer it right here after the save command. Click okay. And there it is, restored and ready for action. Whenever I step away from my computer for even a second I click the save all command. It ensures that all my open Word documents are saved, up to date, and if I committed the sin of not yet saving a document, I'm reminded as well. Save all is a wonderful command to have and now you…
