- [Instructor] To get the most out of this course, you should be familiar with some key cloud computing tenets, including cloud computing definition and key drivers, the essential cloud computing characteristics, cloud computing deployment and service models, the IT implementation options, infrastructure attack vectors, and software attack vectors. Don't worry if you don't feel comfortable with these concepts. We will review them next. This first section will provide you with all the necessary foundational information on cloud computing. This is a very important part of the course because many in business see cloud as just a marketing thing or, even worse, just an IT thing.
