So ultimately, it's about tracking the use and the cost of resources and services and other IT entities, either within the cloud or on premises, so it's not about limiting use of things specifically. It's about tracking how they're being used and how many resources they're leveraging, whether that's CPU cycles or whether that's money. So they have to have a capability to deal with on-demand accounting. So, in the world of cloud computing, we may have show-backs and chargebacks, show-back being I'm going to show a certain amount of usage, which is going to go against my budget and chargeback means that they're charging me directly for the utilization of cloud-based resources.
