- (Speaker) The interview being over is not the end of the work to be done. There is plenty of opportunity to continue the process of putting your best foot forward. Let's look at three things to do prior to leaving the premises. Reviewing and clarifying notes, identifying challenges, and get those names. There are a lot of notes that can be captured during an interview. These could very soon after the interview find their way into the pile of never to be seen again but these notes contain valuable intel. Take the time to add context and clarity so you remember the important details - names of key persons or persons of interest, organizational department team level initiatives, employer challenges, role-specific software, and any other pieces of information you've captured.
