(upbeat music) - [Instructor] In the previous challenge, I asked if you could find a local document that gave information about privacy rights or data rights in your local area. In this solution I'll walk through a document that looks after data rights and data privacy rights in my local area, in Australia. So the local Australian policy is usually governed around The Privacy Act. And that contains information around data use and data leaks. From Google, the government website has a lot of information about The Privacy Act including some basic background, but also has a number of the key points of how it controls rights and responsibilities, how it applies to credit reporting, health and medical research, privacy regulations, and different rule sand guidelines. This is a great source to understand exactly how organizations can use private data and what type of rights are involved.
