- [Instructor] So obviously if we're creating a security solution, we have to operate that solution. So, this is about running things in long term. Just like other operational controls around governance or around services or around data, we have to make sure things are working in an operational state for the longest period of time. So, we're dealing with the enabling technologies around security, multi-factor identification, identity access management, those sorts of things. And doing so by integration of directories, identities, other things so everybody has view into what everybody else is doing, and therefore we're able to take proactive action, provide the best security that we can. And by the way, doing so, with the least amount of complexity. So we deal with meta security abstraction, security services, and again we have to manage the identities, the ability to govern those systems, change management, common directories…
