- [Instructor] Now onto Europe, where in Poland, the Telecommunications Law of July 16th 2004 sometimes imposes professional secrecy obligations on service providers. These obligations must be observed when entering into contracts with cloud providers. In Spain, the European Network and Information Security Agency has presented several reports regarding the use of cloud services in different sectors, such as the secure use of cloud computing in the finance sector, or the security framework for governmental cloud report. The NIS director also reinforces the measures to be implemented by companies. Both public and private companies operating in key sectors, such as banking, health, or energy, and it stipulates an obligation for member states to create a set of homogenous regulatory bodies throughout the European Union.
