- [Narrator] In the Polish public sector, minimal technical requirements for ICT systems and electronic data exchange is determined under Informatising Activities of Bodies Performing Public Tasks Act of 17 February 2005. This may apply to cloud computing transactions involving public sector bodies. These requirements aim to ensure the interoperability of systems used by the public administration. In Spain, notwithstanding the fact that there are no sector specific regulations in Spain for cloud computing services, the Spanish public administration is deeply involved in the implementation of cloud systems as a member of the steering board of the European Cloud Partnership, which is aimed at stimulating the European cloud computing market for the public sector.
