- [Instructor] Companies routinely train their employees on policies like privacy and security, antibribery, intellectual property, sexual harassment, to name a few. However, given how complex privacy can get and how mistakes take a while to become consequences, you will need to be creative when it comes to training. Self-driven and classroom training are the key part of privacy training. However, in this age of distractions and short attention spans, training needs to be a continuous process rather than a one-off. Besides automated training, there are some creative techniques that are known to be very effective. I've often had my team send trial emails that contain privacy violations, followed by educational outreach on how to do better.
