- [Instructor] So let's talk now about the people you need to do cloud computing governance. So what's important here is that for the most part, you're going to need heavy hitters, such as advanced governance subject matter experts, or SMEs. Ultimately, these are not the beginning cloud computing architects. These are people with advanced skills, they understand the cloud-based resources, you have to to govern them. You understand the cloud-based services, you have to to govern them. And you're able to, in essence, holistically apply an effective governance strategy creating policies and procedures that layer on top of that system. Skills are hard to find these days, and ultimately, in many instances, you're going to have to make them.
