- [Instructor] So, now let's enter the world of the cloud domain as part of cloud complexity management, and first we're going to talk about multicloud. So, this is about leveraging more than a single public cloud in the infrastructure. So, in other words, instead of just leveraging AWS, we're leveraging Microsoft, Google, Alibaba, perhaps a managed service provider, maybe IBM, and we're doing so by dealing with two or more cloud providers. Typically public cloud, but private cloud can be part of a multicloud as well. So, the idea is, provide a choice of services. So, if we have a storage system that's native to AWS and we have a storage system that's native to Google, we have the ability to pick between the two. Therefore, we can compare cost, performance, the ability to live up to our requirements. So, it gives us more choice.
