Measure

At the implement, it's time to move onto the next step, measurement. And there are two levels to consider. First, you want to measure the effectiveness of your program overall and second, you'll want to measure the effectiveness of your individual initiatives. Here's what I mean. On an overall program level, I'm going to assume what you're setting out to do is something relatively new for your organization. Maybe you've been doing analysis already, but you're looking to get more serious about customer-facing analytics. Either way, we're talking about change and change can almost always benefit from looking at maturity milestones. So from a customer-facing analytics maturity perspective, there are a number of things that you can measure to gauge the growth of your program.
