- [Instructor] In a world full of online accounts, logins, and multiple devices, it's a good idea to keep an eye on how your accounts are being used. Many sites offer this kind of information. And in this episode, I want to talk about the kinds of information you can find and monitor. And I'll recommend a few common things to check for and enable. Many sites allow you to be notified when there's a change to information in your account. If your password is changed or your billing information is updated, many sites will send an email to the address on record notifying you of the change. If you made the change, it can seem redundant to get an email about something you just did, but these messages can be useful as a way to keep a history of changes. Another really useful purpose of these emails is that they help to notify you if unauthorized changes are being made to your account, if, for example, someone were to discover your login information and attempt to change your account in some…
