Installing G*Power

- [Instructor] Now that we designed our experiment, we need to make sure we measure enough experimental units to have enough statistical power. G*Power is a free application that you can download from the internet and install on your computer thanks to the wonderful people at Universitat Dusseldorf who developed and tested the program, and make it available for free. It's a statistical program that only does sample-size calculations. It doesn't do anything else, just sample-sizes, so that's why I like it. It's very good at calculating sample-size. It also works on Windows and Mac. The thing is that to use G*Power, you really have to know what you are doing statistically. You have to know what you are doing with your sample-size calculation, but never fear, I will show you how to use it just for our scenario, our experiment, but first, we have to download and install it.
