Let's talk about the third step in the process. Implementation. We've already strategize and designed. Now the proverbial rubber meets the road. At this point, you have a clear picture of what needs to be put into place, what needs to be built, that is. I think of this interplay between design and implementation similar to what's called the design/build process in building architecture.
