How is technology changing human expectations?

(gentle music) - Well now that society is changing with these technologies, let's assume everyone had it, how is it changing our expectations? And there's no better way to see this when somebody lands at an airport. Do you go look for a map? Or do you expect a map on demand just because you have the app? What happens with taxis versus ride sharing? And so our ability to interact has changed in such a profound way that it's raised all sorts of interesting questions about you know screen time, how you engage with reading like you brought up. Where and how do we interact? So it's provided incredible power but also I think we're not sure what our expectations for technology are and who is actually dictating those expectations or trying to game us if you will, into a set of expectations. (gentle music)
