How can they be questioned?

- [Instructor] Where can you go to ask questions based on your rights and your data? Usually there are not many avenues or affordances to challenge parts of the activity, but you are usually given an option to either use the entire service or opt out completely the offering. This opting out rule can be quite specific for certain services, but it will still force a user to remain part of the entire system. That is, there might be some parts of a website that you'd like to use and other parts you'd like to turn off, but you're not always given this option. It's usually quite black and white. You can either use everything or nothing. Some sources argue that is this because it's difficult to explicitly turn off and on certain areas without affecting the entire service. Sites that also connect to third parties make it a bit challenging to understand exactly how your data is being captured and being transferred between them.…
