Again business case, value of agility, how much money we're going to save, that creates the base requirements. And then we have a few changes here in how we're going to look at governance in the light of compliance or the ability to place policies around compliance issues, the ability to manage those policies, the ability to link with security systems, and also the types of governance we're going to leverage. So that creates evaluation process as we move to the optimize governance solution. And there, again, we're going to consider cost, SLAs and again, something new, how we can extend the capabilities of the governance system, the number of pre-built policies they may provide with the product and how it's going to affect performance.
