- [Instructor] As we now know, security policies are used to control the flow of traffic, and they are defined between a pair of zones, source and destination, also known as a context. By creating global policies, we can avoid creating multiple policies across multiple contexts. Global policies encompass all zones. Global policies can be used to regulate traffic using addresses and applications regardless of security zones. Let's create one. I'm in the operation mode right now, and I'm going to enter the configuration mode with the edit command. Let's start with edit security policies, question mark. And this time, instead of using the from zone keyword, we'll use the global keyword. Question mark, the keyword is policy, and then we need to provide a name. Let's call it allow web global.
