- [Presenter] When it comes to keeping our systems secure, one of the things that's really important to understand is that you can only protect against bad things to a certain extent, but you have to come to the realization that things ultimately can and will happen. And so it's important that you have a recovery plan in place for when they do. So when building a recovery plan, the first step would be to create pretty much any and every scenario you could possibly think of. And these scenarios have to range all the way from something as simple as somebody who has wandered onto your network who doesn't belong there, maybe some data that was stolen, ranging all the way to the other extreme, which is a complete destruction of everything. You have to come up with any and every possible scenario that you can imagine and then go a little bit more beyond that, okay? It's really important to be as creative as possible as to anything…
