The Remote Desktop Access feature allows another user on the network or Internet to access and gain full control over your computer. This feature is good for troubleshooting, though be careful not to allow just anyone full access to your computer. Disable the Remote Desktop Access feature in the Settings app. If you must activate it, ensure that the person accessing is trustworthy or has an account on the computer.
