- [Instructor] Your organization's culture is critical to a successful cybersecurity program, one that encourages and reinforces good security behavior and practices can save time, money and resources. Others include leadership, responsibility for security, following a cybersecurity framework like NIST, continual learning and employee participation. When we build security awareness into the organizational culture, we increase our ability to continually address cyber risks. It encourages universal participation where all employees are a part of the cyber security program, doing their part, large or small, to help the organization stay secure. To develop a security mindset for yourself and others, use little reminders on security practices through posters, screensavers and short announcement.
