Consumers want transparency

- Consumers are hungry for transparency. They want to know what information is being collected about them, what they're required to share to get something, how that information will be processed, and where oftentimes, and they want to know in a very simple fashion that they can understand. The last thing you want to do for one of your customers is present them with a 35-page, six-point font written legal policy. Now, as a former attorney myself, my heart bleeds, I don't understand why you wouldn't want to read a 45-page privacy policy. But I'm an outlier here. Want to talk to your consumers in as clear, consistent, open and honest a fashion as possible. But one of the most important elements of transparency for me, is action.
