- [Narrator] So, lets talk about putting complex processes in domains. We do that because we're trying to put volatility into a domain. And ultimately by doing that, we're able to do things at a configuration layer, then having to preprogram everything to make changes. This gets us out of a complex process architecture. So, ultimately we're dealing with things that are innately complex. Can be services, it can be data, but in this case we're talking about processes. Automation is going to be the key in terms of how we drive the change, as well as the ability to leverage abstraction. And this is all about, in essence, leveraging processes to extract macro control away from the core capabilities into some sort of a command layer that we're able to change at any time.
