Command-line disk formatting

- [Instructor] We're in Server Manager on Windows Server 2019, and I would like to show you some command-line, and PowerShell utilities that you can use, instead of just using the graphical user interface. If I go into Server Manager File and Storage Services, and click on disks, we can see a new hard disk, and it is the E drive, and it's five gigabytes. So, what we're going to do is use our command-line utilities, and make some changes. And we see that we're in PowerShell at the top, but you don't see the PS at the left-hand side. So, that means we're really in the command-line mode. So, if we type in PowerShell, and we hit enter, we can see the PowerShell initials on the left-hand side show back up. But we want to do the suit command lines, so, we're going to type cmd. Now, let's go ahead and clear the screen, and we're going to type in a utility called Disk Part.
