- [Instructor] Let's check back in with our Infosec team and see how they selected their MSSP, which is step three in the process. Remember, they're treating user account creation and password reset as a proof of concept. At this point, they already know that password resets have to be done within 60 minutes of the initial request and user account creation has to be finished within four hours of the initial request. Now, we're skipping ahead a bit in the vendor selection process because I want you to know how they balanced the conflicting goals of great outcomes for them while allowing the MSSP to be profitable. They found out the MSSP was already doing these tasks for other customers, so they had procedures in place. To make sure the default procedures were acceptable, they sent one team member to the MSSP's office. Then, over a screenshare with the team back home they all did a walk through of the procedures.
