- [Instructor] So let's talk about building a quick and dirty business case, and this is important for a small business, 'cause typically they can't afford to hire big six consultants to come in and build a very formal business case around the utilization of any technology, including cloud computing, and so this is typically back of the napkin stuff, but it's not necessarily inaccurate, and so let's look at how this is done. So focus on the core costs and savings. That needs to be static throughout this. We need to focus on what we're saving, how much stuff is going to cost, and what impact, positive or negative, it's gonna have on the business. This is about differences in now and in the future. So what is our as is state and what is our to be state? What are we going to be improving? And how much savings is going to go to the bottom line of the business by us doing that?
