When it comes to the private cloud environment, as we learned from the last section on public cloud, public cloud offering is a way for customers to reserve and use the public cloud companies, competing resources on demand. The communication is typically done over the internet. I remember when I was working for a public cloud provider in the early days, the number one question, the potential customer has, is regarding security. Customers alike the on-demand usage based model, but they worry about the communication over the internet, as well as security in a shared tenant environment.
