like preparing a master VM, what are So first off, let's talk about a few pre-requisites. The Master VM is our Golden Image for our instant clone pool, so first off we'll create a virtual machine and we'll install our operating system. We'll install VMWare tools, and we'll install the Horizon Agent with the Instant Clone Feature, so we definitely do not want to use the View Composer option when installing Horizon Agent, we want to use the Instant Clone Feature, and we'll Instant Clone Feature, and we'll install that option, then we'll join our Master Virtual Machine to the domain and this is just like we did with the Parent VM for Linked Clones. So with the Parent VM for Linked Clones we joined it to the domain and we went ahead and installed software that we needed domain membership to properly install.
