If you are interested in the technical side of developing responsible models, I can suggest looking through LinkedIn Learning for different tutorials on machine learning. I've got a basic intro to Amazon SageMaker, which makes it quite easy to train and deploy models quickly. If you are interested in understanding ways that AI can be furthered questioned and altered, then there's a large amount of research coming out all the time around adversarial models that might be an interesting path. If you're interested in areas around responsible AI, I can suggest trying to find a local discussion group or policy group in your local area.
