They represent the qualities that make you you, that drive you and excite you, that motivate you, and they're clear indicators of where you want to focus, at least for now. Let's go one to the next future career tool, antenna. The goal of the antenna tool is to tune in to future-oriented conversations around the topics of interest that you teased out in the voice exercise. You want to find where the smart forward-thinking, passionate, innovative people are writing, speaking, publishing, sharing, meeting.
