These are called Epics.…Each Epic consists of a number of actions…that are fulfilled to build out the functionality…of a product.…These are called stories.…Stories are components assigned to developers…who build out the scaffolding…to accommodate the remaining components…from other roles on the team.…This work can typically be completed separate…from development.…These are called tasks.…For example, copy from a copy editor.…This task must be done before the delivery of a story…that needs to include that copy.…
