See a demonstration of a container build.
- [Instructor] So let's conclude our discussion…around the fundamentals of container building…with a use case in building a container for the first time.…So what's important about this?…Well, first and foremost, picking approaches and tools…are the hardest thing to do here.…It's just confusing.…There are certainly Docker as a base set of technology,…but as far as what database technology…you're going to leverage, security, governance,…build technology, DevOps technology,…it's going to be rather confusing…and it's going to take some research on your part…to catch up and understand what the issues…and the factors are.…
Again, focus on your core existing requirements now…and in the near future.…Don't focus on whatever tools your neighbor's using…or your colleague down the hall.…Focus on your core requirements…in terms of security, compliance, performance,…all these sorts of things which kind of make up…what your tool set should be.…Don't be afraid to stop and swap.…If something doesn't work, stop the process.…Swap it out and move on.…
