- [Instructor] One of the great things about starting to consider collaborative coding for your project is to understand that there are so many possibilities in who in your project might collaborate. I really think it's a misnomer to think very narrowly and to say well, okay, I'll take a certain type of developer and then a similar type of developer and I'll put those two together. Although that can be effective, what I find to be more effective is if you encourage developers or maybe even team members who aren't developers to start collaborating. The amount of information that gets shared over pairing really can be astounding. So, what are these different types of developer roles that you might consider pairing up or putting in a mob programming group? Well, the traditional ones are what are called a front-end developer.
