- [Instructor] Let's talk about testing your cloud network. So what's important about this is that we validate. We validate performance. We validate security. We validate reliability. We validate management. We validate governance and anything else that's important to us. So I don't really trust anything that hasn't been tested. The reason is, is because things go wrong. There may be things that aren't configured correctly. There may be routers that are out of date in terms of firmware updates. There may be software defined networks that don't have the right software. So we need to use things that protect us from making mistakes. We use automated network testing tools whenever possible and there are many of them out there. We can put a massive amount of packets on the network to test the capacity of the network. We can figure out packet analyzers, and lots of technical, detailed, geeky stuff, that's out there that really allows you to test the capabilities of a network. It's been out…
