Sprint planning

- Another key meeting within the agile process is sprint planning. This is one of the most versatile meetings that exists within agile. It's a place of recalibration, commitment, and ideation that involves all members of the team. During this meeting, the team will evaluate what work lies ahead in order to get closer to the overall goal in completing the project. This is done by assessing the prioritized work in the backlog and moving it into the oncoming sprint. Here, a map is crafted out to provide clarity for completion from development to deploy by organizing the team according to estimated work against the team's bandwidth. Similar to other agile meetings, the work in sprint planning needs to be self-organized. The temptation here is to push people out to have a more formalized meeting.
