- [Instructor] Alright, well, once your IT project is complete, you go through a closeout of the project, the closeout phase. So, in this phase, we're going to archive all the project records, put them into a repository so we have a record of what was done. We're going to dispose of any materials that we need to dispose of, and oftentimes, we've got to do this securely, because some of those records may contain some sensitive information. So, that might involve secure deletion, it might involve shredding physical destruction when we need to. We're going to close out any contracts with some of our external vendors, and make sure that everything is closed out in a structured way. We're going to shut down any expenditures officially. Meaning, from this point on, no one should be charging anything to this project anymore. This project is done, so there's no excuse to be billing something towards this project.
