- [Narrator] Alright, so we've done all the planning for our project. Now it's time to actually get the stuff done. We're going to execute to the plan, and control it as it goes and monitor and make sure that we stay on task. So first, we did all that planning for a reason, now we're going to follow the plan. We're going to follow all of those steps according to the plan that we did. We're going to track the metrics, see how well we're doing along the way. Because if we begin to go off-course, we want to quickly course-correct. We're going to monitor to avoid any scope creep. We don't want to blow this scope up from what we initially planned. So scope creep is something we're going to be very careful to detect as soon as it pops up and say, no, no, no, that's non-scope, keep onto our plan.
