The last step is to set up your router. Using Connectify, this is easy as well. Just use strong passwords and read the options you are choosing. Using forums or the user guide for any unique situations is probably a good idea. Monitoring your routing is also important, just like monitoring your firewall. Continuous updates can be tedious, but don't give up. Security is everyone's responsibility, so don't let people dictate everything for you.
