- [Instructor] As you know, the CRM in HubSpot CRM stands for customer relationship management. Where do these customers come from? Well, they're added to HubSpot as contacts, which you an do manually or import from various types of files. In this movie, we're going to create our first contact from scratch, although you may have noticed, you already have a couple of contacts that were added for you. If you're still looking at the Marketing Dashboard, for example, down below you'll see a count of contacts. There's a couple. If you go up here to the dropdown next to Marketing Dashboard and click to select Sales Dashboard because we will be focusing on sales moving forward you'll also notice right here on the right hand side, two contacts were created. And to get a quick view of them, click the quick view link. They're both from HubSpot.com. They're both sample contacts that were created when you set up your account. We'll talk about getting rid of those once we have our own contacts…
