- [Instructor] One thing you may do when dealing with customers, is share documents with them. If there are standard documents you share with multiple customers, you might want to set up a library here in HubSpot where you can store those files and share them when you need. Not only can you easily share them with your customers but you can also track activity. For example, track when people access it, track when it's changed. That's what we're going to explore in this movie and we're going to do it by going up here to the sales dropdown and select documents. Now, your very first time, you're going to see what I see and that is no documents, but as you can there are many different types of documents you might want to upload to your library and once there, we can easily share them and track them. So, let's go up here to the top right corner where you'll see upload new document, keeping in mind that with the free version of HubSpot, you're limited to five documents. Give it a click and…
