Creating and positioning lights

- We're gonna take a look at how to create and manipulate lights in Houdini. So, the first thing that we're gonna notice about the scene level here, this is where everything lighting-wise gets put. At the top we have our Lights and Camera shelf, where we see a bunch of different kinds of lights we can create. We're gonna create a distant light, just to create a super simple light, and drop it in the scene. You can see we have a node that's get created here. If we middle mouse click and move this icon over here, and hit the "p" key to turn on the parameters, and here we go. Here's our lighting info. I'm gonna zero out the translates here just to make it nice and clean. I'm gonna turn on this scene that we have built. The scene is our little randomized sphere thing from previously, as well as just a really simple kind of white, psych environment for these things to live in. So, let's get this light positioned so that it makes a little bit more sense in what we see going on here. So, I'm…
