- [Instructor] Now that we've seen how to create an array of objects with the copy SOP, what I'm going to show you is how we can use incoming attributes on the template points that are driving this array to be able to create some variation on these objects. So I'm going to go into the model here. And we've got our template array. We got to turn off the other objects, hide other objects, and here we go. We've just got these point. If I middle mouse click, you can see there are no attributes on them, just P. So what I want to do is I want to show you how we can change the scale of each of the objects randomly, using an attribute called pscale, and pscale's a common Houdini attribute that we use all over the place for changing the scale of objects and we can set that attribute on a point and then apply that over to the object scale via the copy SOP.
